I have used this Product ( Elastomeric Liquid Roof Waterproofing ) in Middle East and in Pakistan for the last 18 years or so. If cut in between by any reason, just apply on that particular portion, it will rejoin with the base.
Withstands extreme temperature and gets life for almost 10-15 years if applied by a professional applicator. Easy to apply. Moreover it also reduces temperature due to its inert pigments.
