We are redoing the roof over an art storage area and are considering using Hydrotech instead of a PVC membrane. The hydrotech is more costly up front, but it seems to me that it would be cheaper overall due to its lower maintenance costs.
Does anybody have experience with this product, either good or bad?
Thanks
We have about 30,000 sq ft of Hydrotech under traffic deck. Like all roofing products the penitrations and terminations are the weak spots. We have had it down for about 16 years now. We removed the topping slab and it looked good where it had not been damaged by the removal process.
This system loks like a modified Built Up Roof (BUR)
