I want to have a conversation with a colleague, but how can I do this without anyone else viewing it.
On myFacilitiesnet, members have options to have open conversations with their group or with everyone on the site. You can also have private conversations that are only seen between you and your colleague. There are two ways to have a private conversation. First, go to the profile page of the person you wish to speak with. Below their picture, click “Start a Conversation” or “Send an Email.” Sending an email is just that. Email conversations will not show up on myFacilitiesnet. If you choose “Start a Conversation,” those comments will appear on your colleague’s profile page that only they can see. Replies can be sent to those conversations simply by clicking on the conversation subject and replying in the space below.
