  • I am required to submit several reports to different levels of management each month.  Most of the time there are different formats for each report.  I would like to create or find a single format that could be customized for different levels of "need to know" so that one report could be utilized.  I am thinking of something that could be a "master" report and customized to provide a high level overview for top managers, additional information for direct managers, and very detailed for my direct reports for their respective facilities.  Does anyone have anything like this or have suggestions?

  • What type information are you regularly reporting on? I'm not sure I can help. I would like to understand more how the information is used on a regular basis. Is it for capital planning, risk assessment, overall facility review, budgeting, etc? It may be all of the above or different by level. Feel free to contact me with more information. Again no promises but I may be able to provide some thoughts.
