Overview: 

My chiller system is probably 30 years old. It has not been well taken care of over the years. So I have a deal with Terry Trane, who is coming in and changing 29 out of 32 speed drives that have been on bypass for a few years. They are going to go all the way through my system and clean coils in the air-handling unit and also the VAV boxes. This is going to save the church a lot of money when it is complete. Terry Trane has a very good team, and they very well-trained .
