I am looking for opinions on concrete sealers. I have 22,500 sq ft to seal. It has a broom finish and I do not want to change the appearance so I am looking at penetrating sealers.
Patrick, I suggest ENESEAL MP fromenecon Corporation. Invisible after applicaton and drying; penetraes to 3/4 in to stop water penetration and associated damage to conrete. masonry due to freeze/thaw cycles. See this link www.enecon.com/prod-Eneseal-MP.asp.

Is the facility occupied? (MSDS/ OSHA require...ments if occupied) Budget? Expected life span? Maintenance requirements? I am most experienced with aircraft maintenance facilities and Hangars.
