What are the problems due to the decreased flow thru existing sanitary piping? We have had a problem in the past with calcium build-up when we have decreased water flow to the urinals in our facility.
We have seen problems arising from old plumbing (cast iron) in the amount of build-up. Also, if you have any kind of drain in the plumbing system without a trap, you will have an odor you can't get rid of unless you get rid of the urinals.
Barberro and all,
I would like to test this theory of odor - and also at least the organic build up. Please do not convert existing urinals for expensive waterless models as there may be another way. Please contact me directly if interested - jmccay@hotmail.com
Best,
