I couldn't agree more with Mr. Piper. Too many organizations have invested in technology, but have not taken the necessary change management steps to fully leverage the technology. Nor have many thought how the different technologies impact an integrated decision process. At MACTEC Facility Lifecycle Group, we have developed a generic dashboard application (iFRASTRUCTRUE) that integrates our proprietary Infrastructure Life Cycle technology (VERTEX) with CMMS, CAFM, BIM and GIS to leverage and address the Enterprise Asset Mgmt requirements of different organizations.
