Concrete floor coatings, whether a standard warehouse aisle or a walk-in cooler that sees constant freeze-thaw cycling, can be tricky to install successfully in house. This article offers some great information and plenty of very valid and important tips. But as someone who's seen it all when it comes to this topic, I advise hiring a professional from the beginning. It will be much more cost effective. Unless you prep and coat concrete floors everyday, the job will take longer and be more of a headache than you can imagine to do it in-house. I can't tell you how many diy jobs end up calling in pros to fix the floor after running into trouble! For an easy to view overview of available industrial products, you might check out www.florock.net. Good luck!
As with many remodeling tasks, your flooring requires specific attention and detailed approach when sealing, or preparing for the seal. Again it would be wise to have a specialist, especially for concrete, to complete the job. I have seen some home DIY and believe me it was a terrible finish. ALl of this may have been avoided if my friends had taken the advice of many, and had a professional complete the sealing.

Matt
