We have always used a rewards program along with strenuous <a href="http://tomball.floorcoveringsinternational.com">monitoring</a> to assure our properties were following our RFP. Not only does it encourage compliance, it makes monitoring less of an intrusion.
Very detailed and incorporating an environmental section to any RFP is good business practice. We have created a detailed RFP to help building maintenance personnel solicit accurate vendor responses as it highlights all areas which should be addressed in a cleaning RFP.
