I agree with Bob Croft. It has been my experience, that Service Provider experience and certifications are critical aspects of the outsourcing review process. The lack or either should be a “Red Flag” asking for further scrutiny before entering into a contract. This applies to any service contracting effort. These credentials rank right up there with their financial solvency and their existing and previous customer references.
