I would like to know if there is anyone that might have the same problem with Tumbleweeds as I do, and how they handle and dispose of the almighty tumbleweeds.

The issues is this,  our facilities is located in the high desert of Eastern Washington, which in the spring and early summer months produces mass amounts of tumble weeds, which in turn, they get blown into buildings and along fence lines. We have approximately 5 miles of fence line, that produces mass amounts of the pesky plant.  I'm trying to keep our fence lines clear due to security reasons, we usually clean them up, using our facilities crew which is man power costs, then we truck them to a designated area to be burned.  Which Id like to see them turned into compost rather then burned.

My Question is this, does anyone, or Company, have a proven way, by machine, tractor, or any type of equipment that would help in our yearly destruction of the almighty Tumbleweeds that pile up along a fence row or  building ?

Your help would be greatly appreciated.
