Thou shall use technology to manage and communicate the status of maintenance activities, support decision making, create accountability, and communicate with management and other stakeholders.

Thou shall not forget to replace inventory stock when used lest ye be forced to ask your service contractor provide it and pay their mark-up in addition to the cost.
Thou shall not assume all senior managers are blind to the value or costs associated with proactively maintaining system assets, least ye be judged harshly.
