Let the automatic do what it does best with casual monitoring just to see that it is still doing it. Lear the difference between micro mangaing and monitoring. &amp;nbsp;More if interested.&lt;/p&gt;

What is interesting at the moment when the crab is out about to reach the top another crab will reach up and knock him back into the bucket. &amp;lt;&amp;lt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is known as the &amp;quot;Hotel California Syndrome&amp;quot; - you can check out any time you&amp;#39;d like, but you can never leave.....:)&lt;/p&gt;
