Hello everyone,
What a great opportunity to join this group and network with so many new contacts. My name is Larry Livermore and I am the Business Development Manager and a Senior Project Manager for Architectural Testing, Inc. (ATI). ATI is a recognized leader in building products testing. See www.archtest.com for more information. Facilities Managers need to know where to go to get help in resolving water penetration, air infiltration and building energy loss issues. ATI can help you with these challenges. My hope is to introduce you to ATI and what we do in order to help you manage your buildings and their ongoing maintenance.
LABORATORY TESTING: We have eight (8) laboratories across the United States where we perform air/water/structural and thermal testing of products like glass/windows/doors/curtain wall/skylights. We also perform small materials testing, like for sealants, air barriers, finishes, etc.- you name it - we test it.
FIELD TESTING: We have field testing crews that travel all over the US to peform air/water testing on existing buildings. Whether the facility is just being built or has been occupied for years, we can perform air infiltration testing as well as static and dynamic water testing to address most any need.
FORENSICS: Do you have a building with an existing water leak? We have professionals in our Forensic Department that can come to your facility and locate the leak. We also do thermal imaging to help you get an understanding of energy loss through the building. Our Forensics Department is also responsible for performing site inspections on new construction projects where we inspect the work to make sure the products are being installed in accordance with plans, specifications and manufacturer's instructions.
