I teach at UCSD Extension and have used The Facility Management Handbook by Cotts and Facility Management by Rondeau but the students haven't provided positive feedback on either.
There are only 9 sessions of 3 hours each = 27 classroom hours. I use the IFMA 9 competencies as an outline and draw from my experiences and trade publications but would love to have something a bit more formal to go off of.
