I constantly sneezed after dinner and unrestful nights. We had the ducts cleaned and also had the Return Air Box relined, sealed and insulated. We were getting some attick dust returning back into the air box because of poor installation practices. Boy, what a differnce. Little or no sneezing, a more balanced air temperature from ceiling to floor, and less dust accumulating on furniture. Health Benefit? I give the task a thumbs up.

In terms of achieving a "smart building" that provides its operators with timely and accurate diagnostic feedback on ventilation and moisture management performance, as well as the option for automatic control, I have been impressed with the robust shared-sensor monitoring system for CO2, CO, and dew point from AIRxpert Systems, Inc.
