I've uploaded an interesting slideshare in my blog for Tork UK which lays out an eight step process for effective sourcing in FM. At a time when efficiency and streamlining of activities is of great importance, effective sourcing through FM can pay dividends.
I'd love to hear what your thoughts are on these tips. Would you suggest any further steps? If you were to write a step-by-step process for sourcing of facilities, what would it consist of?
