Blog Post: Trade Press Media Group and BACnet International Partner for Facility Decisions 2009

June 9, 2009 – Milwaukee – Trade Press Media and BACnet International today announced that they are partnering together to provide the latest information about BACnet technology and products at the 2009 Facility Decisions Conference and Expo. This free event will be held September 22-23, 2009 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The complimentary educational sessions and product displays at the trade show will showcase successful uses of BACnet protocol in building automation and control systems.

This year's Facility Decisions educational conference will include 12 BACnet-specific educational tracks designed for all levels of BACnet users. "These sessions will help current users and interested facility managers better understand BACnet protocol, and how it can help them meet the communication needs of building automation and control systems for applications such as heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning control, lighting control, access control, and fire detection," said Wendy Dietzler Director of Education for Trade Press Media Group. In addition to the free educational sessions, the Facility Decisions expo hall will include a BACnet International pavilion with exhibits from companies involved in the design, manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of control equipment that use BACnet for communication.
