Unexpectedly warm weather caused a snag in a chiller retrofit project. While engineering scrambled to find a workaround, I scrambled to order spot cooler and giant fans. In the lag between their arrival and the temps rising in the space, the FM team went around with a cart laden with ice cream novelties and icy drinks. Handing out fudge pops was never something I'd imagined falling under the "to do list."
